By placing an order with IhsanBD you agree to these terms.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by phone before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we cannot verify the delivery address.

Pricing

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is currently the only payment method. Please have the exact order total ready when the delivery arrives.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 1–3 working days inside Dhaka and 3–5 working days elsewhere in Bangladesh. These are estimates, not guarantees.

We aim to describe products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the physical product.

Promo codes

Promo codes are subject to their own conditions, including minimum order values and expiry dates. One code per order unless stated otherwise.
